This is the time when you contact each and every girl you had on standby and break her pretty little heart by saying "I think I found the one". For added flair, follow that sentence by saying "Don't call me on my home number or my chick will slit your throat with a rusty razor blade".

 3 - THERE'S NO TIME LIKE QUALITY TIME ♥ Having to deal with your deceit for so long has gotten your girl's insecurity level at an all time high. Want to win her back? Spend every waking moment of every waking day with her until she is somehow convinced in her crazy little mind that there is no possible way you could be messing around. Take her shopping, cook her a nice meal, smother her with love. If the time you're spending with her doesn't convince her you are faithful, the kind gestures surely will.

 4 - BELIEVE IT OR NOT, YOU DO HAVE A CURFEW ♥ You don't necessarily have to come inside when the street lights come on, but do know that the longer you stay out, the more your lady may assume the worst is going on. Make it a practice to come in at a decent hour, sometimes even before she is home. Not sure what a decent hour is? Just ask her, she'll appreciate it.

 5 - HANG OUT WITH YOUR MARRIED FRIENDS ♥ Everyone has them, those friends that got married and are living the family life. Wife, kids, minivan, the whole sha-bang. Lord knows they need to get out, so put the plastic on the couch and invite the entire family over for dinner. Enjoy a night of bowling or just hit the bar with your married friend (that you haven't heard from in 3 years). When your girl sees that you're hanging out with your married boys, she'll quickly assume their influence will keep you from lusting over single women.

Despite a flush of rumors claiming Beyoncé was pregnant, Jay-Z exclusively told E! News he and his wife are not expecting their second child just yet.

"Are you having another baby?" we asked Hov Wednesday night at the NBA 2K13

 release at the 40/40 Club in NYC.

"Tonight?" Jay-Z

 quipped. "No."

"What about in nine months?" we prodded.

"Not in nine months," Jay said. "Absolutely not."

"We all have them, that friend who is our "friend" yet secretly envies or even hates us on the inside. First it starts with a few sly remarks here and there "oh, you're going to wear THAT tonight?" Then escalates to "I really can't stand that bish, I just hang around her because she buys all the rounds at the bar". If you've found yourself in this predicament more times than not, you may need a refresher course on "Frenemies". Luckily for you, that's what I'm here for.."

Let's Start With The Basics

"Not Every Friend Is A "Frenemy">>>  Just because she may not agree with everything that you say, or call as much as you'd like, or even approve of everyone you date, that doesn't make her a potential Frenemy. In fact, it makes her human, and possibly the best friend you could ever have. A good friend will not allow you to make the same mistake twice....well, at least without trying to warn you first. A good friend doesn't have to your identical twin and she certainly shouldn't be the person you run to when you want to hear "Yes". A true friend should be the person you run to when you want to hear the truth. Beware of people who always tell you "yes"..they are potentially setting you up for failure. Frenemies want to see you fail.

Frenemies Want To Be The Closest To You>>>>  Do you have that new friend that you're not particularly close to but for some reason she wants to get extremely close to you? Does she randomly invite you out to dinner when you two only speak in passing? Beware, she may have motives! Anyone who wants to be insanely close to you after not showing any interest in you before is likely to be trying to dig up dirt on you. Digging up dirt is one the things that a true Frenemy lives for. Frenemies want to find any possible thing they can use against you later on in the future. Any information you give them is considered useful. If they can turn a positive into a negative, they absolutely will.

Identifying Your Frenemies

It Doesn't Take Much For A Frenemy To Turn On You >>>> If you get into a tiff with your friend for the first time and she uses that opportunity to drag you under the bus and throw dirt on your name, consider her a Frenemy. Frenemies aren't the type to mend broken relationships. Since they day they met you they've been waiting for you to mess up just so they can tell the world how awful you are. If you ever come across that one friend who is quick to cancel you out, she was never a true friend to begin with.

When Everything You Do Is Wrong, Maybe It's Not You >>>>If you have that friend who constantly thinks everything you do in life is wrong, maybe its not you. Sure you're a successful business woman but according to your Frenemy you should be home with your child more. Your house may be huge but your Frenemy thinks your car could use an upgrade. A Frenemy will find the brass lining on every cloud your silver lining once existed. Your best bet is to cut ties with them as soon as Frenemy warning signs have come to light.

Here's some bonus footage from Love & Hip Hop's episode 1. It seems like Somaya was right about them cutting the happy times out and leaving it on the cutting room floor because this puts a few things in perspective. This clip takes place and Emily's party and is full of talks of boob jobs, lesbian fantasies and anything else you can think of when mixing women and alcohol. I do kind of find it funny that Chrissy threatened to beat up Kimbella earlier on. I guess she was a tad irritated with her from the beginning.  Another tidbit is that Chrissy revealed that she's 40 years old which null & voids the shade Yandy tried to throw in Episode 8 where she "exposes" her age. Beyoncé’s baby has arrived.

The 30-year-old singing sensation gave birth to a daughter via C-section Saturday night in New York City, citing multiple sources.

While there is some question about the baby's name — the Daily News claims it's Blue Ivy, while Entertainment Weekly says it's Ivy Blue — her new mama checked into the hospital Friday night under the moniker “Ingrid Jackson,” the Daily News reported. Jay-Z’s real name is Shawn Carter.

Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, rented out the entire fourth floor of Lenox Hill Hospital on New York’s Upper East Side for $1.3 million for the big moment, according to the Daily News. The musical power couple’s baby girl came into the world some four months after Beyoncé famously framed her baby bump at the MTV Video Music Awards to reveal that she was expecting.

“Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih,” Rihanna tweeted, while Russell Simmons offered his “congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z.”
